About

About Me:

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with an emphasis in Advertising from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA. After soaking up the sun and culture for a decade I decided to get a change of scene in Denver, CO.

Every project that I start begins the old fashioned way with a pencil and pad of paper. Working with the client we’ll discuss what they are looking for in a design, and what they hope to achieve with it. From repositioning their brand to expanding their target audience, every aspect is examined.

Once a concept has been formed I turn to my arsenal and select the correct weapon(s) for the job. I’m experienced in a variety of programs and fine art techniques allowing a broader range of design output.

Areas of Expertise Include:

Branding:

This will define the way people perceive your brand, and hopefully connect it to your target audience. Sometimes re-branding is in order. Could be that the logo was created a long time ago, or maybe you’re shifting to hit a new audience so you need a new look. No matter what the case, let’s take a look at your brand together.

Illustrations:

Looking to give your brand a unique and personal touch?  Wanting a one of a kind logo or label that can’t be duplicated? In today’s markets it is important to be unique in order to stand out on a crowded store shelf. So if you’re looking for a logo, label, custom apparel, or just some added character, let’s get started sketching today.

Packaging:

Whether your product is large or small, Ive designed for them all. I’ve also prepped production files and communicated with manufacturers overseas. Packaging, along with branding, plays a huge role in the consumer’s purchasing process. So let’s make sure the outside of your product reflects the quality of the product within it.

Marketing Materials:

Though we live in a digital world, which I design for as well, there’s something about being able to hold a tangible item in your hand. It could be a business card, brochure, flyer, menu, print ad etc. I worked in the print industry and got to learn its ins and outs. This is how I can ensure that the design concept  translates correctly to the final product.
